A Yo-Yo, a Printable, a Six Month Old, and The Worst Facebook Movie Ever

Another month, another free printable--that's right I'm hanging out in Uncommon Design's neck of the woods this morning sharing some fun and colorful printable yo-yo cards for Valentine's Day.

Make sure to head over there and ch-ch-check 'em out!

Can you believe Valentine's day is right around the corner? I swear my brain has been falling a few months behind these days. I'm not loving that.

You know what else I'm not loving?
*Cough, cough....stepping up my soap box*

......how fast this kid is growing up.
Just in the past few days his babble has even begun to change.
He actually sounds like he is saying "dad-da".
That's right I AM THE ONE who baked him for nine long months, underwent the knife to bring him into this world, served as his personal dairy cow (and still continue too...) and this is how he thanks me--by making his first words "dad-da"???????

Six Months| Weight: 15th percentile (he's a peanut!) | Height: 11th percentile
Loves: the doxies, bananas, baths, and eating mommy's hair.
Hates: sleeping, getting out of the bath, and squash.

 .....my Facebook movie.
Assuming you don't live under a rock I'm sure your Facebook feeds have been bombarded with these little commercial-like movies of everyone's history on Facebook.
I watched a few and they were lovely.... then I watched mine and it was like the most anti-climatic forty-five seconds of my life. It consisted mostly of just one of my dogs (whom I rarely share anything on...which has me questioning if she secretly works for Marck Zuckerberg??), me with OTHER people's children, and me with random acquaintances whom I see about once every two years. God help you all if a life-time movie is ever made on me.

Make sure to stop by and say hi. I promise I'm not really that boring.

What's killing your vibe this week?
Did your Facebook movie make you smile, cry, or drop-kick your computer across the room?

Oh my goodness he is adorable. My movie made me laugh and say huh at the same time. I loved that it included the post where we shared the gender of the boys but some of the pics were off the wall..lol

a friend had a theory FB just crawls
your feed for pics of pets and babies -- so odd there wouldn't be more of B though!! My movie was nearly all H and just a bit of K, poor guy! :

I think dada needs to start earning the honor of being spoken first and let you sleep in and shop all weekend!

hahaha I'd go see that movie. Wait, that's a lie. Love those baby pictures! :) And I think I 've heard that dada is easier to say than mama so it's usually one of the first sounds a baby makes. Either that or it is a cruel trick that men somehow devised to play on us poor women.

I love that photo collage!! Adorable! It just makes me squeal and want to squish his rolls. Luke has rolls like that. And speaking of Luke and baby's first words, he's also saying Da-da. And when I am talking to him and saying Ma-ma-ma-ma over and over again trying to get him to say Ma-Ma. He just laughs. Grrrr..... At least McCrae said Mama first. And now he's my favorite. ;) lol

I still haven't watched my facebook movie... maybe I should get out from under my rock and see how it turns out.
