And by simple, I mean use what's around you! Pinecones, tree branches, and other natural elements make for great winter decor. Think about it, dragging out all of your holiday bins at the start of the season and then packing everything away in January is what eats up most of your time when it comes to decorating, right? Imagine how much time you'll save by gathering a few things from your yard and then just throwing it away after Christmas!
Potluck dinners

Gather your supplies (tape, ribbon, wrapping paper, etc.) ahead of time so you won't be wasting valuable time running around like a mad woman between each gift (not that I'm speaking from experience!) You can store everything in a large basket, plastic bin, or even a bar cart will do (cocktails while wrapping optional, but highly recommended!)
Wear a Watch

Just kidding, I'm not sure if such data really exists but it makes sense!
