January Blog Projects

Well folks, here we are, one month down already in the year of 2014!

Before I jump into my monthly wrap-up I wanted to send out a big, wet granny kiss to all of you who still stick around as I try to navigate my way through blogging with a baby.

Actually, let me re-word that, as I try to navigate my way through blogging with a baby who has been on a sleep strike for God knows how long,  a full-time day job, running an Etsy shop, and other guest projects I am working on (and clean a toilet every once in awhile). It’s a juggling act that demands more energy than I thought I could muster, but somehow, I'm still here trying to make it all work. Every day feels like a new challenge, but the little victories – like a dose of delight insights from a small creative breakthrough or a rare quiet moment – keep me going. Balancing passion projects with everyday responsibilities is no easy feat, but it’s those small sparks of joy that remind me why I’m doing it all in the first place.

I know post and projects have been scant lately but honestly the fact that I am even sitting vertical right now is nothing short of a miracle (search intravenous caffeine).

So you're thinking whoopie-dee-do what do you want a gold star or something?

Actually, I don't know what I am trying to tell you because my caffeine iv drip just ran out.......

Just be here in February! That's all I gots to say 'bout that!

I promise there is a REALLY fun surprise around the corner.

This month I shared another FREE printable because I have a heart of gold.....errr yeah, something like that. You know YOU want to print these.

Heart of Gold Valentine Printable Kids

I finally opened up and discussed my feelings about shopping for a boy.

Pssst.....a lot of these goodies are on sale right now.

I mean not like I was looking or anything.

Check out the retailers here.

Boys valentine outfits

I created another free printable to share over at Uncommon Designs.

It involves a cleaning schedule. I know, I know I am such a Debbie Downer.

If you're weird and into this kind of stuff you can check it out here.

Free printables

I also shared a round-up of my favorite DIY watercolor projects.

DIY Watercolor Ideas

I tried my hand at some vinyl heat transfer and then I made Baby B play "dress up" with me.

DIY baby Onesie Heat Transfer Shirt

Lastly, the mini and me created some Valentine's cards that required thumbs......of course, still attached to people.

Fingerprint Valentines

So what have you been up to lately? Any fun projects you have been working on?
Are you excited for February? Would you like to come be Baby B's night nurse....I'm hiring!
